During The Amaz!ng Meeting 7 Sid Rodriguez from London Skeptics had a question to ask the Skeptic’s Guide to the Universe Podcast panel, Rebecca Watson mainly. That question was “Will you Marry Me”. A bit stunned and pleasently surprised Rebecca asked the audience “what do you think audience”. The crowd erupted in huge cheers and a wedding was to take place right there on the stage.

Damn! “Will you marry me” and 2 seconds later they’re getting married. It reminds me of some commercial I can’t remember it but a girl and a guy meet for the first time and like 20 second later she is meeting the guy parents.

Lovely, but why would a skeptic want a REVERAND to do the ceromony, kind of goes against the idea doesn’t it, surely a non-dominational or humanist registrar would be more suitable.
